Hobbs Heirloom Premium Wadding 80/20. ‘Simply the best.’ Very clean cotton (80%) mixed with 20% polyester to give added strength. Minimum stitch distance 4″. Rates as ‘Excellent’ for hand quilting and machine quilting. Rates as ‘Excellent’ for use with both light and dark fabrics. 96″ / 2.44m wide.
Hobbs Heirloom Wadding (80/20)
A blend of 80% Natural Cotton & 20% Fine Polyester, one of the most popular wadding products on the market. It is needle punched and has a light resin bonding providing exceptional strength and durability. Close quilting yields a flat low-loft appearance, while more space between stitching lines yields a slightly higher loft. It offers more loft and less weight than traditional cotton wadding/batting. It is durable and machine-washable and is suitable for a variety of applications for all your project needs whether hand or machine sewing.
